PAINT AND VARNISH MATERIALS

To increase output, enrich assortment and enhance quality of paints and varnish JSC Khiton has worked out the business-plan and since October 2005 put into realization the investment project “Development of paints and varnish production at JSC Khiton”.

The project includes modernization of paint and varnish manufacture by means of purchase of the hi-tech equipment by Netsch company (Germany) that will allow adjusting release of paint and varnish materials of a various direction.

Namely:

• Planned to release in the current year - water-dispersive paints:
• Indoor snow-white & white, on a latex basis, matte water-dispersion paint for ceilings
• Indoor snow-white & white, on a latex basis, matte water-dispersion paint for walls and ceilings, maintains damp cleaning;
• Facade outdoor white “Standard” & “Universal”, on a latex basis, matte water-dispersion paint
• Primer strengthening does not contain some solvents, for external and internal jobs on porous surfaces. Strengthens surfaces, reduces the charge of paint.
• Aerosol paints:
• Universal acryl enamel - is intended for coloring wooden, metal and other surfaces;
• Quick-drying acryl enamel - is intended for coloring wooden, metal and other surfaces, is ready to drawing the second layer in 25 minutes;
• Acryl enamel “3 in 1” - is intended for complex protection of surfaces.
• As paint and varnish materials of industrial purpose are planned to release:

For ship, road, anticorrosive.

Realization of the given project will allow issuing more than 15 thousand tons of paint and varnish materials one year. On 2006 year purchase is planned the additional hi-tech equipment.
